how to make
Add 2 cups of water, Stir the ingridients till batter consistency and lumps if any are disolved. Adai batter is most prefered in thick form, hence add more water if required
(optional:
adding vegetables such as chopped onion or grated carrot or grated cabage or sorted & chopped drumstick leaves. Adjust salt accordingly as per vegetables added, the mix is already propotioned with himalayan pink salt to most optimum level for mix)
Mix 1/4 cup of curd if you prefer Adai to be fermented, leave it for 30-40 mins after adding curd)
