Whole wheat, Macca (Corn Seeds), Ragi ( Finger Millets), Kambhu (Bajara), Cholam (Jowar), Barley, Sabudana, Samba Wheat, Soya, Kodo Millet, Little Millet, Foxtail Millet, Branyard Millet, Porso Millet, Brown top Millet, Peanut, Jaiphal, Badam, Elachi

How to make it:

Take half cup /tumbler water add 1 spoon approx. mix well without any lumps,  now put on Medium flame stir it continuously it will thicken, add milk and boil then off it. After switching off add jiggery or sugar mix well and consume. If you want you can add little water and add butter milk too. 


Dissolve two spoons of flour in 150ml of water, Stir-boil in medium flame or milk mode in Induction stove, keep stirring till the thickness and semi-solid state is attained. Add 150ml to 200ml of hot milk to get the cooked kanji/porridge and stir is it well till light boiling state. Add Jaggery sugar/ sugar (as desired) and enjoy the Kanji millets mix beverage/ porridge at the most appropriate temperature.
