How to use
1. Venn Pongal mix :: Add water and mix in the ratio of 3:1, i.e. 1 portion of mix combined with 3 portion of water in boiling state in cooker. Allow it to cook and wait for 4 whistle. Allow the pressure to settle, then stir the pongal to mix well. Add a table spoon of ghee/ butter or half cup of MILK. Enjoy your delicious Venn Pongal .

2. CHAKKARI PONGAL
Add water and rice dal mix in the ratio of 3:1, i.e. 1 portion of mix combined with 3 portion of water in boiling state in cooker. Allow it to cook and wait for 4 whistle. Allow the pressure to settle, then stir the pongal to mix well. Add a table spoon of ghee/ butter & half cup of MILK. ADD the jaggery powder and dry fruit. Enjoy your delicious CHAKKARI PONGAL
3. VADAI MIX:: 1:3/4 one portion of mix 3/4 water mix well leave it for 20 to 30 mins. Ensure the vada consistency make yummy vadai.
